Lou and Charley, the lovely hosts, made us feel right at home with their warm welcome and attention to detail. the property's charming design and vintage decor, combined with the serene oasis they have created, offer a sense of tranquility and comfort. The hotel's outdoor swimming pool and beautifully landscaped garden provide a perfect backdrop for relaxation. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, which was a delightful spot to enjoy our morning coffee and soak in the peaceful surroundings. the continental breakfast served each day was delicious, and the personalized touch of providing sourdough bread for my son's dietary needs was much appreciated. Our room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. With free WiFi throughout the property, we were able to stay connected and share our wonderful experience with friends and family. The proximity of Casa Idalia to Humberto Delgado Airport made it a convenient choice for our short getaway, and the hosts' helpful recommendations for local restaurants and activities enhanced our stay even further. Meeting other guests by the pool and exchanging stories created a sense of community that added to the overall ambiance of the hotel.
